A plain-language description of what the Eracii research queue keeps and why.
When you submit a proposal, Eracii stores the subject, era, category, explanation, links, visual notes, and any optional name, email address, or reference image you provide. A shortened one-way network fingerprint and basic browser identification are retained for abuse prevention; the raw network address is not stored in the proposal record.
The information is used to review, research, verify, and manage possible future card dossiers, and to follow up if you provide an email address. A proposal is not published automatically. Eracii does not promise to use a submission or its artwork.
Artwork is kept in private storage for internal inspiration and research only. Do not upload confidential material or an image you are not allowed to share. Submission does not transfer ownership and does not grant Eracii permission to publish or reproduce the image.
The queue is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure and is available only to authorized reviewers. Records are kept only as long as they are useful for review, abuse prevention, and project recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected] with the confirmation ID when possible.
If a proposal becomes a card, a requestor name may be used as an optional public credit line only after review. Email addresses and uploaded reference files are not public fields.
The submission queue is not intended for children under 13. Please do not submit passwords, financial information, government identifiers, private addresses, medical records, or other sensitive personal information.
