Privacy

Account data
If you create an account, Eracii may store your display name, username, email address, password authentication data, profile notes, collection records, wishlist records, cart records, and trade-binder preferences. This information is used to provide account, collection, cart, and gameplay features.
Card requests
When you submit a card proposal, Eracii stores the subject, era, category, explanation, source links, visual notes, and any optional name, email address, or reference image you provide. A shortened one-way network fingerprint and basic browser identification may be retained for abuse prevention.
Purchases and payments
If checkout is available, payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Eracii does not ask you to send card numbers through ordinary forms and does not store full payment-card numbers on Eracii servers.
Device and app data
The Android app uses internet access to load Eracii pages and may use notification permission if Eracii enables app notifications. The app, browser, Cloudflare, Google Play, and payment providers may process basic diagnostics such as device type, browser or WebView version, IP-derived security signals, crash data, performance data, and request logs.
Support and AI assistant
The support form stores the name, email address, category, subject, message, and optional reference ID you submit. The optional AI support assistant sends your chat prompts to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an answer; the current page path is also sent to Eracii's Cloudflare Worker but is not included in the AI prompt. Do not enter passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication tokens, or other secrets. A shortened one-way network fingerprint and basic browser identification may be retained to prevent abuse.
How data is used
Data is used to run the app, maintain accounts and carts, process purchases, review submissions, prevent abuse, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and keep required business records.
Sharing
Eracii does not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers that help operate the app, including hosting, security, analytics, payment, email, and Google Play services. Data may also be shared if required by law or needed to protect users, the service, or BonAcqui LLC.
Reference artwork
Reference artwork submitted through the request queue is kept for private inspiration and research review. Do not upload confidential material or an image you are not allowed to share. Submission does not transfer ownership and does not guarantee publication, reproduction, or credit.
Children and families
Eracii is a general-audience historical card and strategy experience. Account creation, card requests, purchases, and reference uploads are not intended for children under 13. Please do not submit private information about children.
Data access and deletion
You can request access, correction, or deletion through the support form or by emailing [email protected]. Include the email address used in Eracii and any request confirmation ID when possible. See the data deletion page for details.
Retention
Records are kept only as long as they are useful for app operation, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, business records, and project history. Some records, such as transaction or abuse-prevention logs, may need to be retained longer than ordinary account content.
Security
Eracii uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including hosted infrastructure, limited reviewer access, and abuse controls. No internet service can promise perfect security, so users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
