What can be deleted
You may request deletion of account profile data, collection records, wishlist records, cart records, card-request submissions, optional public credit names, and uploaded reference artwork that can be reasonably matched to you.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment records, chargebacks, tax or accounting records, or to protect the service and other users.
Verification
We may ask for enough information to confirm that the request belongs to the account, email address, order, or submission involved. Do not send passwords or government ID documents.
Timing
Deletion requests are reviewed as soon as practical. If a request is complex, we may contact you for more information or explain what cannot be deleted and why.
